PolyTube – Chemical and Acid resistant Pipe Lining System
WHAT IS POLYTUBE?
PolyTube® – is a Pipe-lining system with a lifetime durability of 25 years. Extremely suitable for all pipe applications / systems. PolyTube is highly acid and chemical resistant as well as up to 300 degree Celsius resistant.
The first applications have been in operation since 1987 without interruptions.
PolyTube Reverse Pipe Lining System
- Ideal solution for pipe diameters from ideally 4” to 24” / 100mm to 600mm and over,
- Ideal for any type of pipe or spool as from 1m in length.
- Adjusting the shape and flow of the pipe-system – any type of elbows and tees.
- The application is fast, up to 100m pipe in a single operation, injecting a GRP sock into the pipe which polymerizes in place and adhering to the internal pipe wall.
- Minimizes disassembly of pipes; just 1 beginning point and 1 ending point – very minimal intrusion in the space and minimal dismantling. Basically, only to create space for the liner injection unit and a minimal space on the other end of the pipe.
